Data Collection and UseWe do not collect or store personal data. Any data provided through uploaded files, including information about the declarant, recipient, or sender of cargo (whether a legal entity or an individual), is solely used to generate declaration outputs. This information is read from JSON format files and structurally saved in PDF format. No profiling or automated decision-making processes are applied to the data, and automated access beyond this process is not enabled.
-
Data RetentionNo personal data from uploaded files is retained or saved, either in part or in aggregate form. For technical purposes, anonymized identifiers (such as user or declaration ID) may be temporarily stored. The retention period for these identifiers is not regulated, but the data will only be kept as long as necessary to ensure technical service functionality. We do not use any personal data that could enable the identification of an individual without professional access to specialized customs systems.
-
Data SharingNo user data is shared with third parties. We do not engage any subcontractors in this process.
-
User RightsUsers may inquire about their profiles or payment details. However, no other data is retained by our system, so no additional requests regarding data access, correction, or deletion are applicable. Procedures for handling profile and payment data inquiries are currently under development.
