Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
   1. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Declarator H7 (hereinafter - the Service), a web platform providing declaration generation services based on user-uploaded JSON files, developed and provided by SIA Walrus, registration number 40203148271, legal address: Čiekurkalna 4. šķērslīnija 17-93, Riga, Latvia (hereinafter - Service Provider).
   2. These terms apply to all individuals or entities using the Service (hereinafter - Client).
   3. By using the Service, the Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. Service Description
   1. The Service provides online declaration generation functionality through subscription plans with different features:
   2. Free Plan: Limited number of declarations per day
   3. Paid Plans: Various declaration quotas and features as detailed at https://h7.lv
   4. The Service is provided electronically through the website https://h7.lv.
   5. The Service generates PDF documents based on user-provided JSON data. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the uploaded files.
3. Payment and Subscription Terms
   1. Prices are displayed in EUR and include all applicable taxes.
   2. Subscription periods and pricing are determined based on the selected tariff plan at the time of subscription.
   3. Payments are processed through third-party payment services. The Service Provider is not liable for payment issues caused by these third parties.
   4. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period.
   5. The Client may cancel auto-renewal at any time through their account settings. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
   1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the subscription purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia.
   2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of subscription purchase.
   3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform us via email at support@h7.lv or through the contact form at https://walrus.lv/#form.
   4. Refunds are offered only if:
   5. The withdrawal right is exercised within the 14-day period
   6. Technical issues prevent proper Service delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
5. Client Rights and Obligations
   1. Clients may use the Service to generate declaration outputs based on uploaded data.
   2. Clients must:
   3. Maintain the confidentiality of their account information
   4. Ensure the accuracy and legality of uploaded files
   5. Use the Service only for lawful purposes
   6. Not upload illegal or offensive content
   7. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that generated documents comply with any legal or regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.
6. Service Provider Rights and Obligations
   1. The Service Provider will:
   2. Provide the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
   3. Comply with GDPR and other data protection requirements
   4. Not store user-uploaded files or generated outputs beyond the necessary technical requirements
   5. The Service Provider reserves the right to:
   6. Modify or terminate the Service with prior notice
   7. Suspend or terminate a Client's access in case of Terms violations

   5. In case of technical issues preventing Service use, the affected subscription period will be extended accordingly.
8. Intellectual Property
   1. All intellectual property related to the Service, including software, design, and content, belongs to the Service Provider.
   2. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
   1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
   2. The Service Provider is not responsible for:
   3. Content of uploaded files
   4. Errors in the generated documents
   5. Compliance with specific regulatory requirements
   6. Total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
10. Data Protection
    1. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy in accordance with GDPR and local data protection laws.
11. Changes to Terms
    1. The Service Provider may modify these terms with prior notice of at least 14 days.
    2. Changes will be communicated via:

    4. Website announcement
    5. Next login notification
    6. If the Client does not agree with the changes, they may terminate their subscription before the changes take effect.
12. Force Majeure
    1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature, war, civil unrest, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
    • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
    • Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Client has the right to:
    • Submit a complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia
    • Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
    • Submit the dispute to the courts of Latvia

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Service Provider regarding the use of the Service. Any prior agreements or understandings are replaced by these Terms.
